Warranty Engineer - Technical Expert (Automation)

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve technical warranty claims involving machine performance, malfunctions, and system reliability.
• Perform root cause analyses and evaluate warranty entitlement.
• Coordinate corrective actions and ensure timely closure of warranty cases.
• Lead warranty-related projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, risks, stakeholders, and communication.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Standardization, Manufacturing, Customer Service, customers, and suppliers.
• Identify improvement opportunities and translate lessons learned into sustainable product and solution improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• Experience in technical support, warranty management, project management, manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments; recent graduates are also welcome.
• Solid understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLC control systems, electrical equipment, and mechanical components.
• Analytical, structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively across functions.
