Senior Manager, Financial Systems (ERP)

Location: Remote Canada

Base pay: $173,000–$233,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development across the financial systems landscape, including architecture, technical design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
• Define the enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms, supporting cloud transformation across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, or equivalent platforms.
• Architect and deploy scalable integrations for high-volume financial and operational data across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, HCM, loan ledger, sales, and reporting platforms.
• Partner with senior Finance, Accounting, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and establish a shared roadmap.
• Own system availability and operational readiness through monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, testing, alerting, and continuity processes.
• Develop talent and promote strong design, code review, quality, ownership, and accountability standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale.
• Experience with ERP and EPM integrations supporting consolidation, financial close, intercompany accounting, allocations, planning, forecasting, reporting, and regulatory disclosures.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, NetSuite SuiteTalk and SuiteScript, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, SQL, Python, JSON/XML, SFTP, and event-based integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes, including P2P, R2R, O2C, close, consolidation, management reporting, and financial planning.
• Knowledge of data models, transformation logic, reconciliation controls, audit trails, security, governance, internal controls, and data-quality monitoring for regulated financial systems.
• Experience building and retaining high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Internal Audit.
