Finance Systems Administrator (NetSuite)

Location: United States - Remote

Base salary: $106,000–$125,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Administer NetSuite, Ramp, Pigment, and related financial systems, including users, permissions, configurations, workflows, forms, searches, and dashboards.
• Partner with Legal, Accounting, Finance, IT, Procurement, Operations, and Sales to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations using standard integrations and iPaaS tools such as Workato.
• Maintain financial data integrity through imports, cleansing, deduplication, testing, governance, and controls.
• Build reports, saved searches, and dashboards and support ad hoc reporting requests.
• Resolve support requests, document solutions, train users, and assist with system changes, sandbox testing, releases, and automation improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on administration experience with NetSuite, Ramp, Pigment, Ironclad, or similar financial systems.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations with iPaaS tools such as Workato.
• Working knowledge of month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes.
• Experience translating Accounting and Finance requirements into system configurations and explaining system behavior to business users.
• Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools, financial reporting, data management, internal controls, and system governance.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or other NetSuite customization experience.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve financial operations.
