Procurement Manager - Global Connectivity

Location: Hybrid, Dublin, Ireland — Grand Canal Plaza

What you will do

• Run end-to-end global sourcing activities and support strategic sourcing and renewal programmes.
• Coordinate procurement activity across Europe, AMEA, and the Americas.
• Lead senior stakeholder meetings covering priorities, progress, risks, and performance.
• Project manage strategic procurement and commercial opportunities.
• Work with Finance, Product, Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams to identify efficiencies.
• Analyse data and develop insights to support procurement strategy and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Proven procurement experience in a fast-paced commercial or procurement environment.
• Experience with end-to-end sourcing activities or RFPs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and maintain progress across high-value global initiatives.

Nice to have

• Project management experience in large-scale procurement or commercial programmes.
• Strong commercial understanding of supplier capabilities, commercial models, and procurement finance.
• Experience with global stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
• Background in consulting, sourcing, supply chain, or commercially focused transformation.
