Production Specialist (Swag Production)

Location: Remote within the U.S. Eastern Time Zone or hybrid in the New York Metro Area

Salary: $69,000–$91,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end sourcing, ordering, customization, and delivery of branded merchandise.
• Support client proposals and provide regular updates throughout the order process.
• Coordinate multiple vendors, verify purchase orders, and ensure pricing, shipping, and decoration details are accurate.
• Manage product proofs, client approvals, supplier shipping dates, delivery schedules, tracking numbers, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate couriers, warehouses, and direct-to-client deliveries while confirming receipt.
• Maintain production details and billing, resolve issues with the Project Lead, and support post-delivery FedEx billing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the branded merchandise industry.
• Experience with CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, or comparable promotional product software.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or comparable vector artwork software.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or another sales CRM platform.
• Background in personalized or printed hard goods and apparel, with a strong understanding of design principles.
• Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and manage client-facing projects through completion.
