Sourcing Manager (Promotional Merchandise)

What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and decorators for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Build the vendor network, establish vetting processes, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
• Set commercially effective pricing, maintain product quality and inventory accuracy, and develop product catalogs and lookbooks.
• Place and track orders, including complex orders involving multiple vendors or custom product development.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, Swag, Production, and Sales teams to streamline global fulfillment.
• Improve procurement and order management workflows, tools, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products directly with suppliers and decorators.
• Supplier, decorator, or vendor management experience, including pricing and agreement negotiation.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to communicate them clearly.
• Experience with promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, NetSuite, or similar.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, business acumen, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
