Product Manager for Mobile Command and Control Products (Defence)

Location: Aarhus C, Denmark. The role is based at the Aarhus office and involves approximately 20–30 days of travel per year to customers, hirify.global offices, and events. Candidates must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years and be able to present a clean criminal record.

What you will do

• Define and manage the vision and strategy for SitaWare Mobile Command and Control products.
• Guide development teams in translating agreed features into effective field implementations.
• Represent soldiers and end users when defining and implementing product enhancements.
• Provide product knowledge, sales collateral, and support for customer visits, presentations, conferences, and trade shows.
• Participate in change control boards and prioritise defects and change requests based on operational importance.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the armed forces, preferably as an officer, company commander, or in signals or communications, or experience working closely with defence organisations.
• First-hand understanding of military operations, battalion-level and below command and control, and how systems are introduced and used in the field.
• Ability to turn operational insight and end-user needs into clear product requirements for development teams.
• Collaborative communication skills and confidence providing subject matter expertise across product management, development, and sales.
• Fluent English with confidence presenting to larger audiences and representing the company at customer presentations, user forums, and conferences.
• A clean criminal record and seven years of residence in a NATO and/or EU country are required for security-classified projects.
