Location: Arden, DK (onsite, approximately 50 travel days)

What you will do
- Drive product and portfolio strategy based on market analysis, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Build and maintain roadmaps for existing and new robotic solutions like Layer Picking and Mixed Case Palletizing.
- Develop business cases focusing on ROI, lifecycle costs, and profitability; define value propositions and pricing strategies.
- Translate market requirements into technical specs for R&D, advise on robotics tech stacks including AI and digital twins.
- Prioritize development initiatives, support innovation roadmaps, and collaborate across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Service.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure integration with broader portfolio.
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree in business, engineering, or logistics.
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or business development in technical environment.
- Strong business acumen combined with technical insight into robotic solutions.
- Confident English communication at all levels; structured, results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in complex, cross-functional organizations; entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
