Senior Portfolio & Product Manager - Advanced Robotic Solutions (Robotics)

Location: Arden, Denmark; full-time role with approximately 50 travel days

What you will do

• Shape and execute the product and portfolio strategy for advanced robotic intralogistics solutions, including Layer Picking and Mixed Case Palletizing.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking while maintaining product roadmaps for new and existing solutions.
• Develop business cases focused on target cost, ROI, lifecycle profitability, pricing, positioning, and value propositions.
• Translate market and business requirements into technical requirements and advise on robotics technology stacks, including AI- and digital-twin-based motion control.
• Prioritize development initiatives with Product and Portfolio Management and contribute to make-or-buy and co-development decisions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Strategic Marketing, Execution, Service, customers, and Group Innovation & Technologies on product development, innovation roadmaps, sales materials, training content, and configuration tools.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree in business, engineering, or logistics.
• At least eight years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in product management, product strategy, or business development within a technical environment.
• Technical insight into robotic solutions and the ability to work in complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Confident English communication at all organizational levels is required.
• Structured, results-oriented, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and collaborative working style.
