What you will do
- Conduct supply chain process adherence assessments across European manufacturing sites.
- Audit planning, replenishment, inventory management, and master data processes against agreed standards.
- Drive standardized process implementation and monitor adherence to operating procedures.
- Lead corrective and preventive action plans to address process gaps and improve performance.
- Support the rollout of systems, reporting solutions, digital tools, and supply chain best practices.
- Deliver training and coaching while collaborating with stakeholders on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, continuous improvement, or a related STEM discipline.
- Experience in supply chain operations, planning, materials management, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of supply chain governance, operational excellence, master data, inventory control, and planning processes.
- Experience conducting process audits, operational assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical process improvements.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain tools such as D365, SAP, or Oracle.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
- APICS CSCP/CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or PRINCE2 certification.
