Site Supply Chain Manager (Robotics & AI)

hirify.global develops commercially scalable and safe hirify.global robots, including the HMND-01 Alpha platform used in industrial pilots.

What you will do

• Lead all supply chain operations for the London site across procurement, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and material flow.
• Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay process from requisition and purchase order creation through delivery, goods-in, and invoice resolution.
• Maintain supplier, material, and purchase order data in SAP S/4HANA and align execution with MRP and production requirements.
• Ensure material availability through expediting, supplier follow-up, inbound logistics, inspection coordination, and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage supplier performance, commercial negotiations, cost analysis, sourcing initiatives, and continuous process improvement.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Inventory team while representing the site in cross-functional planning and readiness reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, robotics, technology, aerospace, defence, or automotive.
• Experience managing procure-to-pay processes, logistics, warehouse, inventory, MRP, material flow, and operational readiness.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Degree or master's qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Essential: SAP S/4HANA experience covering MRP, purchase order management, supplier master data, and material management.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, stakeholder-management, analytical, planning, and communication skills; awareness of export controls, including EAR, is desirable.

Nice to have

• CIPS Level 4 or 5, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, and procurement or logistics databases.
• Understanding of legal aspects of contracting in the robotics and AI industry.
