Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work from home, client sites, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Support consulting assignments across forecasting, data analytics, market entry, operational optimization, and energy transition.
• Work as a Business Analyst or PMO on client projects.
• Define and analyze client requirements for proposed solutions.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to identify optimal approaches.
• Develop expertise in the energy sector and help clients use data and AI opportunities.
• Take ownership of professional development and contribute to team success.

Requirements

• Completed Master’s degree.
• 0–3 years of consulting experience; candidates with more experience may be assessed at a different level.
• Strong interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics.
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the energy sector.
• Fluent German.
