Senior IT Business Analyst (SAP S/4)

What you will do

• Drive SAP S/4 implementation for Finance and Controlling processes, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and end-user support.
• Develop migration roadmaps from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4 using Central Finance and coordinate integrations with third-party applications.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze legacy data, define mapping and migration strategies, and support data quality and integrity during transition.
• Define reporting and analytics capabilities using SAP S/4 embedded analytics, SAC, and business intelligence systems.
• Execute quality assurance, end-to-end testing, change management, communication, and user adoption initiatives.

Requirements

• English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of IT experience focused on FICO technology solutions and hands-on SAP S/4 FICO experience with Fiori.
• Strong knowledge of Controlling, Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, Material Ledger, Variant Configuration, and integration with SD/MM/PP.
• Experience with SAP S/4 implementations, project planning, data migration, system configuration, user training, and legacy ERP integrations in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; SAP FI/CO or relevant IT certifications are beneficial.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Taxes, Central Finance, HighRadius, and Vertex integrations.
• SAP FI/CO, ITIL, or PMP certifications.
