Business Analyst (Product-Focused)

What you will do

• Translate business and customer requirements into clear specifications for development.
• Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Assemble product screens and components using the ShadCN design library.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Creative Director to research and prototype new features.
• Develop use cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, and mockups.
• Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a product-focused role.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems and symbol libraries.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and user journey analysis.
• Ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies within complex system logic.
• Proficient written communication skills in English.
• Access to a Mac with Figma.
