Senior Customer Engineer (Network Security) - Bentoville, AR

Location: Remote, with the role associated with Bentiville, Arkansas, United States; travel of 20–50% may be required for customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and validation with Account Executives, mapping enterprise infrastructure to hirify.global architectures and defining PoC and technical evaluation plans.
• Present tailored architectures, diagrams, and demonstrations while addressing technical objections, compliance questions, and complex deployment requirements.
• Design migration and onboarding blueprints for DNS, Zero Trust, WAF, and related hirify.global services, guiding customer engineering teams through implementation.
• Monitor customer health, telemetry, integration risks, adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities across the full customer lifecycle.
• Lead technical QBRs and translate platform capabilities into business value for engineering stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Use AI agents, LLMs, internal platforms, and automation to streamline RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, telemetry monitoring, and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Ability to design and explain complex enterprise network and security architectures and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments, SaaS metrics, enterprise sales cycles, and stakeholder management.
• Depth in at least four relevant areas, including Internet fundamentals, Internet security, performance, AI-assisted workflows, coding and scripting, or developer platforms.
• Knowledge of technologies such as DNS, BGP, TCP/UDP, HTTP(S), SSL/TLS, WAF, Zero Trust, SASE, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, SDKs, webhooks, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience creating technical enablement materials, workshops, code samples, documentation, or developer onboarding.
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, and model-access controls.
• Understanding of PCI DSS, HIPAA, or SOC 2 requirements.
• Background in hyperscalers, digital-native or distributed-systems environments, or startups.
