• Assess software projects, address complex technical issues, and implement quality control processes.
• Develop project plans, monitor timelines, and report team performance and project status to upper management.
• Collaborate with other departments and foster an effective engineering environment.

Requirements

• Experience managing mid-sized teams of software engineers.
• Advanced knowledge of software design and implementation.
• Ability to assess and improve team performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex software issues.
• Understanding of enterprise-level software architecture and software quality assurance practices.
• Ability to participate in onsite interviews at a hirify.global office when required.
