VP - AI & Software Engineering (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of a next-generation Agentic AI platform for supply chain management.
• Build AI-powered applications for demand forecasting, demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, inventory optimization, and master data management.
• Own the end-to-end software engineering lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, release management, and product evolution.
• Lead and mentor an engineering organization of approximately 20 AI and software engineers.
• Partner with Product Management, Data Science, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI products.
• Define the technology roadmap and establish engineering standards aligned with business strategy.

Requirements

• 18+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering with significant leadership experience.
• Proven experience building Supply Chain Management products, especially in demand forecasting, demand planning, inventory, replenishment, and master data management.
• Hands-on experience designing and building Agentic AI platforms and AI-powered enterprise applications is mandatory.
• Strong background in AI/ML, Large Language Models, AI agents, and modern AI architectures.
• Experience scaling enterprise SaaS products from concept through production and leading high-performing engineering organizations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Ph.D. or MBA.
• Experience combining strong architectural, technical, product leadership, and stakeholder management.
