Data & Recon Division Lead

Location: Office-based in Noida, India

What you will do

• Lead a division of 30–50 employees and oversee day-to-day operational activities.
• Manage administrative, financial, personnel, and procedural functions for product and service operations.
• Develop and improve integrated processes and common management services.
• Review costs, service structures, productivity measures, and delivery methods to achieve planned targets.
• Act as a communication bridge between management and staff while mentoring team leads.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to support efficient operations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA in human resources, business administration, finance, sales and marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Jira, SQL, Python preferred, Microsoft Office, and other technical tools.
• Knowledge of asset types including equities, fixed instruments, structured instruments, and funds.
• Project management experience with system upgrades or implementations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
