Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems (Grocery)

Location: Onsite at 1065 Fort Prince Blvd, Wellford, South Carolina, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Implement business plans by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reporting and analysis.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates and monitoring compliance with logistics policies and procedures.
• Execute QA programs supporting inventory integrity, slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle inventory tests, damages, stray products, close-date products, and hazardous-material processing.
• Oversee systems hardware and software installation, maintenance, repairs, inventory, and component ordering.
• Coordinate application troubleshooting and systems problem resolution with Information Systems and vendors.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field; or two years of Walmart logistics or supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising and developing associates and leaders, including assigning work, monitoring performance, coaching, and participating in hiring and evaluations.
• Ability to analyze business reports, manage workloads, and make data-informed operational decisions.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, inventory, and policy compliance standards.
• Onsite work at the Wellford, South Carolina facility is required.
