Operations Manager - Floor (Consolidation)

Location: Minooka, Illinois, United States; onsite at the Automated Consolidation Center

Annual salary: $84,000–$126,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock or regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Lead operations for the assigned consolidation area and execute business plans covering production, quality, safety, and performance goals.
• Forecast staffing needs, workload, and performance results to meet operational demand.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify improvements in production, quality, and safety.
• Maintain compliance with logistics and company standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
• Supervise associates and leaders by setting direction, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting hiring and promotion decisions.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns while developing talent and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, plus at least one year of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience supervising and developing managers or supervisors; alternatively, three years of relevant experience may qualify.
• Experience managing workload across multiple departments or areas.
• Experience participating in employee hiring and promotion activities.
• Experience evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates, supervisors, or managers.
• Onsite work at the Minooka, Illinois automated consolidation center is required.
