Business Analyst - Engineering

Location: Lisbon or Coimbra, Portugal; hybrid working model with onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Manage and update KPI dashboards for Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, evaluating delivery plans and coordinating with Finance stakeholders.
• Own subcontracting management from purchase order tracking through goods receipt, anticipating late-delivery risks and coordinating supplier performance reviews.
• Maintain workforce and workload dashboards across multiple domains and programmes, categorizing internal, external, and extended-make resources.
• Identify complex business risks and opportunities and present structured insights to internal customers.
• Act as an operational interface with remote international stakeholders and support solutions to recurring complex problems.
• Help centralize business management activities, standardize processes, and optimize ways of working across hirify.global Portugal using lean management and Six Sigma.

Requirements

• Background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, business analysis, data management, or operational tracking.
• Considerable professional experience gained through job-related training in business analysis, data management, or financial control.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and act as an informal resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Advanced mastery of Google Workspace, including scripting and App Script automation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English is required.
