Commercial Forecasting Senior Associate (Pharma/Biotech)

What you will do

• Build advanced forecast models for patient volumes, prescriptions, units, and revenue by product indication and region.
• Support business planning and commercial decision-making through financial analysis.
• Analyze competitors, market dynamics, and internal and secondary data sources to inform forecasts and strategy.
• Prepare transparent presentations explaining forecast assumptions, key variables, and insights to decision-makers.
• Serve as a point of contact for global brand leads and manage forecasting discussions and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Commercial Data & Analytics and wider business units on analytics and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain management; alternatively, a relevant master’s degree with 3 years of forecasting experience or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of forecasting experience.
• University degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare, or a related field.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Problem-solving, results-oriented, customer-focused, and effective time and process management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, R&D, Medical, Finance, Access, and Pricing/Contracting.

• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Proficiency in advanced forecasting techniques, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience presenting complex data and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
