Cargo Supervisor - Ghana

Location: Accra, Ghana; onsite cargo warehouse and freighter ramp operations.

What you will do

• Manage cargo warehouse operations and freighter ramp activities at the appointed station.
• Coordinate ramp operations and improve freighter on-time performance.
• Plan and deliver complex cargo loads for passenger and freighter operations.
• Supervise special services and VIP shipments from acceptance through customer delivery.
• Inspect cargo operations for safety, security, regulatory, and company-procedure compliance.
• Coach ground-handling staff and support service quality, cost savings, and revenue objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of cargo operations experience or equivalent experience, with a high school diploma.
• Knowledge of cargo handling processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Good verbal and written English.
• Understanding of computer airfreight specifications.
• Flexibility to work operational shifts and perform cross-functional duties.
• Training in dangerous goods, cargo operations, security, quality, or auditing is an advantage.
