Stock Controller (Retail)

What you will do

• Receive, allocate, reconcile, and audit stock for retail sales activities.
• Track inventory across systems and reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
• Manage inventory movement and ensure timely returns to the warehouse.
• Maintain high physical standards across the depot.
• Troubleshoot product issues, coordinate in-warranty repairs, and support customers.
• Prepare daily stock status reports for operational visibility and accountability.

Requirements

• Experience in stock management or customer-facing operations, ideally in retail or logistics.
• Strong command of Excel and the ability to analyse stock data and identify trends.
• Ability to act precisely on inventory discrepancies.
• College diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
