Delivery Operations Manager

What you will do

• Manage daily transportation and distribution operations across the Middle East, covering sea, air, land, and last-mile delivery.
• Coordinate international trunk transportation with carriers, local logistics providers, warehouses, customs clearance teams, and customer service.
• Monitor delivery, cost, anomaly, and customer satisfaction KPIs and drive continuous operational quality improvements.
• Establish and optimize cross-border transportation and local distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve operational anomalies and coordinate corrective actions across internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data, manage suppliers and carrier performance, and support new routes, countries, and business scenarios in the Middle East.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, transportation, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of logistics industry experience, including cross-border logistics, international freight forwarding, transportation operations, or distribution operations.
• Knowledge of sea and air freight procedures, international freight forwarding, customs clearance, transshipment, and last-mile delivery.
• Experience with Middle Eastern logistics markets and transportation networks, particularly the UAE and Saudi Arabia, is preferred.
• Strong KPI management, data analysis, problem-solving, communication, coordination, project management, and stress management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI; experience with TMS, WMS, or OMS is preferred.
