Director of Product Management (AI)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the United States

Base salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of three product managers while establishing the product operating model and quality standards.
• Own roadmap prioritization across growth, retention, and profitability.
• Develop a repeatable strategy for expanding from lawn care into multiple home-service verticals.
• Define how AI and agents are used by the product team, customers, and service professionals.
• Partner with design, engineering, data, finance, and operations to make product decisions.
• Improve the core lawn-care service while progressing pool cleaning toward profitable scale.

Requirements

• Experience leading and coaching strong product managers while remaining directly involved in complex product work.
• Strong systems-thinking skills, including the ability to evaluate second-order effects across customers, professionals, and business outcomes.
• Ability to prioritize decisively across growth, retention, profitability, and limited engineering capacity.
• Interest in using AI and building products for an agent-driven environment.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with design, engineering, data, finance, and operations.
• High standards for product scoping and user experience.
