Sr. Director (AI Product & Engineering)

Salary: $320,000–$460,000 annually

What you will do

• Set the product and engineering strategy for Finance, OTC, Revenue, People, and Legal domains.
• Redesign end-to-end enterprise workflows as AI-native products instead of adding incremental features to legacy applications.
• Build production-grade agents and intelligent workflows that use enterprise context and tools, manage exceptions, and provide explanations and auditability.
• Define software architecture and engineering standards covering orchestration, context retrieval, tool integration, safety, compliance, latency, and cost.
• Lead cross-functional product pods and establish metrics for automation, cycle-time reduction, exception management, and ROI.
• Hire and scale product and engineering organizations while managing budgets, vendors, and technology partnerships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, product management, or software engineering, including 5+ years leading multidisciplinary organizations at Director level or above.
• Experience building and scaling software-defined products or AI-native workflows in production with measurable business impact.
• Strong grounding in modern AI architectures, including LLM and agent patterns, orchestration, tools, and evaluation, plus cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Experience building product-led organizations, managing managers, and leading product, program, engineering, and domain teams.
• Executive-level collaboration skills and experience partnering with C-suite stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of compliance, audit, SOX controls, data governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices; bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.
