What you will do
- Build relationships with vehicle buyers and sellers and act as a mediator throughout the sales process.
- Present vehicle features, conduct demonstrations and test drives during field viewings.
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable vehicle models and work toward sales and margin targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance and vehicle transfer teams to support successful transactions.
- Explain inspection reports, vehicle condition, service history and warranty details to buyers.
- Follow up with clients, answer questions through phone and email, and update viewing records accurately in the system.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of field representative or account manager experience in the UAE, preferably in the motors industry.
- Experience using CRM software or apps; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong closing, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and manage time effectively.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
