Sourcing Inspector / Car Buyer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Welcome sellers professionally, guide them through check-in, waiting, and deal-area processes.
• Perform safe and professional vehicle inspections and complete accurate inspection reports according to quality standards.
• Identify sellers' priorities through qualifying questions and provide relevant information to the closer.
• Support deal closing through trial closing, negotiation, value communication, and objection handling.
• Complete documentation for accepted offers and coordinate its delivery with the operations team.
• Provide courteous service to sellers and encourage referrals.

Requirements

• Qualified technician or engineer with a diploma or degree.
• UAE driving license required.
• 3–5 years of technical or customer service experience.
• Strong vehicle inspection, customer experience, and sales skills.
• General proficiency with browsers, applications, and email.
• English proficiency required.
