VP, Global Practices - Professional Services (AI)

Salary: $232,000–$377,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Own global technical methodology, architecture standards, integration patterns, implementation methods, and code standards across hirify.global Professional Services.
• Set the multi-year evolution of the InsuranceSuite & INOW, Data, Digital, Tech & Integration, and Business Consulting practices.
• Integrate AI-accelerated prototyping, document ingestion, intelligent automation, code generation, and agentic workflows into delivery practices.
• Build technical capability, career paths, workforce plans, succession depth, and productivity across the five practices.
• Support strategic deals, complex proposals, delivery escalations, and executive engagements with customers and SI partners.
• Define the technical enablement, certification standards, tools, and reference assets required for SI partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote position.
• 15+ years of experience in technology services, software implementation, or enterprise consulting, including practice or capability leadership.
• Experience leading a global, multi-practice or multi-discipline technical organization at scale.
• Deep experience implementing complex enterprise software, preferably in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with cloud-based delivery, technical methodology, engineering rigor, AI, automation, and major SI partner ecosystems.
• Strong strategy-setting leadership, executive presence, stakeholder influence, technical credibility, and talent architecture capabilities.

Nice to have

• P&C insurance expertise or comparable regulated-industry experience.
• Previous CTO, Chief Architect, or VP of Engineering experience in a services or product company.
• Experience scaling a global practice from an earlier stage to enterprise scale.
