Field Service Technician (Installations)

Location: Essex Region, United Kingdom; on the road and at customer sites. Overnight work, including nights and weekends, is required.

What you will do

• Install, mount, connect, and configure camera hardware according to company standards.
• Complete overnight customer installations and support system deployment and adoption.
• Onboard and scan products into the system while meeting customer SLAs.
• Use power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record work performed, parts used, and time spent in company tools.
• Communicate installation progress, resolve issues, and meet speed and quality KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a field technician, installer, construction worker, or in a related field.
• Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency with power tools and other installation equipment.
• Physical stamina to work on foot and perform demanding tasks for periods of up to 9 hours.
• Full valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation to customer sites required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends required.
