What you will do
- Manage sales targets for the assigned area and ensure programs achieve their goals.
- Visit merchants daily and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
- Monitor the daily activities of approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters.
- Coordinate with partner operational teams on sales, competitor activity, and field issues.
- Ensure promotional POP materials are correctly placed in stores.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for the field team.
Requirements
- Senior High School or Diploma qualification in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong leadership and team and area management skills.
- Good communication and social media marketing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work shifts.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales, particularly financial services such as insurance or unit trusts.
