Intercompany Analyst Accounting

What you will do

• Execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end intercompany accounting activities, including posting, matching, clearing, and aging analysis.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and substantiate intercompany balances.
• Support financial close and reporting activities in line with the global close calendar.
• Investigate and resolve disputes, balance discrepancies, aged items, and unreconciled transactions with internal stakeholders and global counterparts.
• Maintain process documentation and support data integrity during system changes, migrations, and transformations.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, shared services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reconciliation processes.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment and collaborate across teams and regions.
