Procure To Pay Accountant

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Review, validate, and process PO, non-PO, and credit card invoices in the accounting system.
• Code and book invoices according to the hirify.global Chart of Accounts and verify compliance with company policies.
• Audit travel and expense liquidations and process prepayments and prepaid invoices.
• Handle vendor statements and inquiries.
• Assist with AP subledger close and other month-end activities.
• Complete and obtain sign-off for monthly checklists by month end.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Procure to Pay or related accounting activities.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, client-handling, teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with invoice processing, month-end close, reconciliation, and cash and bank activities.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite.
