Marketing Operations Associate

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid work

What you will do

• Maintain accurate expense records for vendors and contractors.
• Collect, verify, and organize receipts and corporate card transaction data.
• Support vendor onboarding and contracting by ensuring required documentation is complete.
• Track contracts, approvals, and compliance items in collaboration with finance and legal.
• Assist with budget planning, monthly budget tracking, and reporting for finance and marketing leads.
• Help scale shared budgeting, payment, and contracting processes across Growth, Marketing, Research, and HR.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, marketing finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, independence, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with marketing teams or agencies.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
