TL;DR
L3 Engineer – Microsoft Cloud, SaaS & Security (AI) (Microsoft 365, cloud and cybersecurity): Taking ownership of complex escalations, major incidents, Microsoft-focused projects, and secure AI-enabled workflows with an accent on root-cause analysis, infrastructure reliability, and security controls. Focus on troubleshooting interconnected client environments, improving operational standards, supporting Microsoft Copilot adoption, and guiding Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka; remote workplace

What you will do
- Own Level 3 escalations, major incidents, and recurring technical issues from diagnosis through resolution and follow-up.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoints, identity, email, cloud, and security environments.
- Support Microsoft-focused projects, migrations, deployments, and technical improvements.
- Manage servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, backups, remote access, and business applications.
- Implement cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, monitoring, remediation, and secure AI-enabled workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation, improve service standards, and provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Level 3 engineering or senior technical support role, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, identity, email, cloud, and security.
- Knowledge of servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, backups, remote access, and business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and knowledge-management skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft projects, migrations, deployments, cybersecurity controls, and remediation.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and the ability to manage competing priorities.
