Senior Manager Cybersecurity

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid work from home, client locations, or the Brussels office.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and deliver cybersecurity offerings covering strategy, risk, compliance, operations, resilience, and training.
• Support operational resilience services and the Cyber Risk Review SaaS, which quantifies cyber risk through NIST-based attack modeling.
• Develop recommendations for client challenges and present findings to executive sponsors.
• Manage projects and key client relationships, lead proposal efforts, and support business development.
• Coordinate internal cybersecurity initiatives, ensure timely client deliverables, and manage project information repositories.
• Mentor junior consultants as a Career Advocate and collaborate with Directors, Partners, and consultants in Belgium.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm, including cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, applications, and cryptography.
• English and Dutch or French communication and presentation skills; a work permit is not provided.
