Manager Cybersecurity (Cybersecurity)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; flexible work from home, the client, or the office in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, deliver, and support cybersecurity offerings covering strategy, risk, compliance, operations, resilience, and training.
• Work with frameworks and programs including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, FFIEC CAT, NYDFS Part 500, SWIFT CSCF, ISO 2700x, RCSA, TPRM, and BCP/DR reviews.
• Support and enhance operational resilience services and the Cyber Risk Review SaaS offering.
• Develop recommendations for client challenges and present findings to executive sponsors.
• Manage projects and key client relationships, and lead or support proposals and business development.
• Coordinate internal initiatives, maintain project information repositories, and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 4–6 years of relevant cybersecurity consulting experience.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Knowledge of one or more of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, applications, and cryptography.
• English and Dutch communication and presentation skills; work permit sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of blockchain.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and with Unix/Linux, Windows, or macOS environments.
