Senior Systems Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote with occasional travel to the office, especially during the first months

What you will do

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, and technology platforms.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents across infrastructure, endpoints, Microsoft 365, identity, security, and networking.
• Lead strategic IT projects, technology migrations, platform upgrades, and security improvement initiatives.
• Improve endpoint management, identity management, patching, monitoring, compliance, security controls, and operational reliability.
• Mentor Systems Engineers and support personnel through guidance, documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Own IT processes, runbooks, technical standards, change management, incident management, and automation improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related IT roles.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, and cloud services.
• Experience with endpoint security platforms and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise IT operations.
• Experience leading technical projects and infrastructure implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring solutions, automation tools, cloud platforms, and hybrid environments.
• Relevant Microsoft or cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience supporting global organizations.
