Manager Cybersecurity

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; work from home, at the client, or from the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, deliver, and support cybersecurity offerings covering strategy, risk, compliance, operations, resilience, and training.
• Work with frameworks and programs including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, FFIEC CAT, NYDFS Part 500, SWIFT CSCF, ISO 2700x, RCSA, TPRM, and BCP/DR reviews.
• Support and enhance the Operational Resilience offering and the Cyber Risk Review SaaS based on NIST attack modeling.
• Develop recommendations, summarize findings, and present results to executive project sponsors.
• Manage client projects and key-account relationships, support proposals and business development, and lead internal initiatives.
• Coordinate internal team activities, maintain project information repositories, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm, including cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics with the ability to rapidly build expertise.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, applications, and cryptography; blockchain knowledge is advantageous.
• English and Dutch communication and presentation skills are required.
