Computer Information Systems Manager Senior (TS/SCI CI Poly) (Ft. Bragg, NC)

What you will do

• Lead daily operations of enterprise mission systems in a highly available classified environment.
• Monitor system availability, reliability, performance, and operational readiness.
• Manage incident response, problem resolution, maintenance coordination, and root cause analysis.
• Develop operational procedures and coordinate change management activities.
• Support configuration management and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide technical leadership to system administration personnel and enterprise operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations and leading enterprise operations teams.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, and enterprise storage.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform and with RMF environments.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required; U.S. onsite work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• CISSP, VMware VCP, or Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
• Experience supporting Army Enterprise infrastructure.
