Technical Systems Administrator III - AML Compliance

Location: Hybrid at the Arlington, Texas office, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote each week.

What you will do

• Own enterprise AML and sanctions screening platforms, including LexisNexis Bridger Insight XG, Panviva, and related compliance technologies.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support for availability issues, data-processing failures, performance degradation, batch jobs, and interface errors.
• Manage application servers, environments, scheduled processing, upgrades, patching, configuration, and platform lifecycle activities.
• Support integrations and data pipelines between AML platforms and customer, vendor, transaction, and other upstream or downstream systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective solutions, maintain technical documentation, and ensure availability, security, performance, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, deployments, vendor escalations, and technical collaboration across compliance, infrastructure, database, security, and vendor teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience owning or administering LexisNexis Bridger Insight XG or a similar sanctions and AML screening platform.
• Experience with SQL, JSON, data analysis, screening logic optimization, quality assurance, REST API configuration, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and Karate.
• Knowledge of AML, OFAC, BSA, sanctions, regulatory controls, risk management, and enterprise compliance systems.
• Experience supporting 24x7 or batch-driven production systems and working with vendors on escalations and defect resolution.
• Background in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry; strong troubleshooting, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent enterprise compliance-platform experience is strongly preferred. English fluency is required.
