Driver CDL (A) Sign on Bonus

Location: Ignacio, Colorado, USA; onsite driving role

Pay range: $20.80–$28.60 per hour, depending on locality

What you will do

• Safely operate heavy commercial trucks, tractor-trailers, straight trucks, and other Class A CDL vehicles along designated routes.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections, complete vehicle condition reports, and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Collect, lift, load, transport, and dispose of refuse while operating manual or automatic controls and compactors.
• Service customers courteously, follow route sheets and dispatcher instructions, and maintain required productivity standards.
• Monitor waste and containers for unacceptable materials, clean accidental spills, and perform minor container repairs.
• Complete route, productivity, safety, and other required reports while following company, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License with air brakes endorsement required.
• Two years of commercial truck driving experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for performing minor container repairs.
• Customer service, time management, follow-through, and safe work practices.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety standards, assigned routes, and schedules.
