Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; not a fully remote role. Work may include field, remote, or in-office assignments within the listed territory.

Salary: $32.05–$40.70 per hour; $64,575–$82,000 annually. A separate annual salary guideline lists $32.05–$49.86.

What you will do

• Handle auto damage claims from assessment through settlement.
• Inspect and appraise vehicle damage using technical and industry knowledge.
• Settle complex claims promptly and accurately.
• Provide effective customer service and communicate decisions clearly.
• Work flexibly across field, remote, and in-office settings as required.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience.
• Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster or Appraiser license required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer, mechanical aptitude, multitasking, attention to detail, decision-making, and communication skills.
