Auto Damage Adjuster

Location: South Los Angeles, CA, United States. This is not a remote role; work is required in the listed territory and may involve field or in-office duties.

Salary: $36.63–$57.49 per year, with the final rate depending on position, experience, education, training, location, and business considerations.

What you will do

• Handle auto damage claims using technical and industry knowledge.
• Promptly and accurately assess and settle complex claims.
• Deliver effective customer service throughout the claims process.
• Work flexibly across field, remote, or in-office activities as required by the position.
• Apply sound decision-making and attention to detail when evaluating claims.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience and a demonstrated record of successful claims handling.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills, mechanical aptitude, multitasking ability, strong communication, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
• Must work in the South Los Angeles, CA territory; this is not a remote role.
