Case Manager Supervisor

Location: Mendota Heights, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Salary: $60,200–$61,855.50 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Coordinate case management services and support individualized service planning.
• Monitor and evaluate the case management program and service delivery.
• Train, supervise, and support case management staff.
• Monitor quality assurance standards, company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in management leadership, fiscal responsibilities, committees, conferences, and service-delivery organizations.
• Assist people with disabilities in coordinating needed and desired services while advocating for their interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field.
• Two years of experience working with people with disabilities or older adults.
• Knowledge of local community resources and case management principles, procedures, and practices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, adaptability, analytical ability, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.
• Unlimited driving is required as part of the role, including driving hirify.global vehicles or transporting people served.
