(USA) Auto Care Center Coach

Location: 5885 Kingstowne Blvd, Alexandria, Virginia 22315, United States; onsite at the Auto Care Center.

Annual salary: $65,000–$100,000, plus potential performance-based bonuses and location-based differentials.

What you will do

• Drive sales and financial performance through merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide customer service, support purchasing decisions, process service orders, and explain automotive products and services.
• Ensure technicians are trained and certified on service-related procedures and coordinate vehicle staging and service workflows.
• Maintain the Auto Care Center and automotive sales floor, including stocking, displays, equipment, claims, returns, and environmental disposal compliance.
• Coordinate assignments, stakeholder relationships, business initiatives, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Hire, train, mentor, supervise, and develop associates while promoting accountability, belonging, integrity, and customer-focused results.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive service or a related service-industry field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of required job training and assessments.
• Additional firearms-related background checks and training may apply at facilities that sell firearms or ammunition.

Nice to have

• ASE certification.
• Automotive certification from an automotive technical institute.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Additional automotive service or supervisory experience.
