What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to healthcare clients.
• Build ongoing client relationships and understand business goals and challenges.
• Plan and manage fieldwork, including internal control testing and evaluation of deficiencies.
• Deliver financial statement guidance, business recommendations, and analytical insights.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, and client profitability targets.
• Mentor and develop team members while contributing to business development and professional learning.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and CPA certification.
• Five or more years of financial statement auditing experience with healthcare clients in a professional services firm.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, provide exceptional client service, apply ethical judgment, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Role location: Tewksbury, Massachusetts, United States; client-facing work includes face-to-face interaction.
