Portfolio Management Associate - Dealer Commercial Services (Fintech)

Location: Dallas, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $78,750–$130,000 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Manage dealer relationships as the primary day-to-day servicing contact and resolve billing and account issues.
• Maintain loan documentation and financial records in nCino, DocMan, or similar systems.
• Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, delinquencies, maturities, and other risk indicators.
• Collect and review monthly, quarterly, and annual borrower financial reporting and perform financial spreading and credit analysis.
• Review operational and risk reports, including overdrafts, floorplan overlines, UGL, duplicate VINs, and related exceptions.
• Coordinate documentation issues, due diligence, waivers, audits, lien releases, borrower notices, and post-close requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 5+ years of experience in risk, consumer operations, internal controls, or a related financial services area.
• Experience supporting dealer-facing servicing, portfolio oversight, credit administration, or related activities.
• Skills in financial analysis, credit analysis, risk assessment, financial spreading, and portfolio monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in commercial lending, floorplan financing, or portfolio management.
• Established work history or equivalent professional background.
