Associate, Business Analytics - Financial Services (Power BI/Automation)

Location: Columbus, Ohio; must reside within 35 miles of One hirify.global Plaza, Columbus, OH 43215. Hybrid office attendance is required according to the department's schedule.

Salary: $97,000–$145,000 expected starting annual salary range; national range $97,000–$180,000.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated workflows and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, and Copilot.
• Analyze financial data and produce reports that support business decisions.
• Lead business process analysis, redesign, organizational analysis, needs assessments, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Partner with senior leaders, technology groups, and internal business clients to develop business transformation plans.
• Define process performance criteria, report results, identify risks, and recommend system or workflow improvements.
• Develop business cases, facilitate training, and contribute to project planning, governance, and solution delivery.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of experience planning, designing, and implementing company-wide business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with functional, process, information, and data modeling; data management and warehousing; and application integration.
• Knowledge of business process management, technology frameworks, systems development life cycle, facilitation, organizational design, and change management.
• Ability to lead large or sophisticated projects, manage ambiguity, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, business, mathematics, or a related field are desired; graduate studies are preferred.
• This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization, and hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial operations, mutual fund operations, or treasury services.
• Three or more years of project management experience.
• Experience with automation and reporting tools including Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, and Copilot.
