Senior Business Analytics Manager – Finance

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Birmingham, AL, United States

Base salary: $123,200–$228,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Drive enterprise finance transformation through financial systems expertise, data governance, and process automation.
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Technology, Data Management, and business stakeholders.
• Lead financial system implementations, acquisitions and integrations, and data conversion activities.
• Enhance regulatory reporting and financial reporting capabilities across enterprise platforms.
• Develop analytical solutions and mechanisms that improve data accuracy, integrity, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Direct, motivate, develop, and manage management teams and key staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of industry experience and at least 5 years of prior management experience.
• Experience with business analytics, data integration, business intelligence, strategic planning, and performance metrics.
• Business acumen, data analytics expertise, technical proficiency, and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to work in an in-office setting in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Birmingham.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
